Delivery package, plastic and not free delivery

There is no option for zero rating, if there was that option I would have chosen zero. Firstly my brothers and I bought online, merchandise over R1000, the first time I overlooked it. But then the second time, I overlooked it too but thought I should really lay a complaint that Mr. Price has no free delivery for orders over R500 or so and it doesn't box your clothes. The merchandise gets delivers in a plastic, not even biodegradable plastic. Not that it's acceptable that it delivers your merchandise in plastic, but to make matters worse it's not even bio degradable plastic It's like Mr. Price doesn't appreciate their online buyers, and has not benefits for buying online.
