DELIVERY NOT MET WITHIN STIPULATED TIME PERIOD

I placed an online order on 03 February 2020. Various delivery options were available. I chose the one that indicates delivery within 1-4 working days to store (Click and collect option) . This was a charge of R35. I received a confirmation email on 03 February 2020 stating the delivery would the store by Friday 7 February 2020 at 5pm latest.

I also received an email on 04 February 2020 with status shipped. There was no email received thereafter or phone call of the order delivered at the store and ready for collection.

I made a follow up on Saturday through the contact us email system. There was no response.

So when will I receive my order? Why have options of you cant delver accordingly. I could have easily chosen the R5 delivery click and collect option as the delivery time is now in that time zone.

My point is that many of us choose these options for convenience and time. But this is not convenient when it is delayed.

How many people does Mr Price do this to. R35 might seem like a small amount but if taken against 1000 people it is R35 000 AND THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY.
