delivery made without confirming identity!!!!!

how is it that i wait a week to receive my online order only to receive an email stating my order was delivered....yet i didnt receive this order....this order is for a 21st tomorrow afternoon and now someone else is wearing my clothes that i now have to pay for...im sorry but i find this totally disgusting.....how does a company deliver items to anyone that answers a door not checking if it is the correct recipient!!!!! i called into the customer care center and they told me that me clothes had been signed for by a sammy.... i dont know a sammy never have and where is this sammy as i would love to have my clothes back.... my week is now ruined by this total luck of professionalism...
