Delivery fee charges

As you enter the Mr Price website, you will see that they are advertising free delivery for all purchases over R350.00.

I did some online shopping and when checking out, I selected store express, on that screen once again it shows R0.00 for delivery. When finalising my check-out a R35.00 is charged to my final payment.

I tried calling the call centre and they are unable to advise why this has happened. I would like a refund on my R35.00 as this is false advertising.
