Delivery delayed

I placed and order on the 25th of April and it was successful and I got the date for the store delivery which was supposed to be the 6th of May ,today it the 8th of May my status hasn't changed since last week from shipped and there's no email explaining what's happening and I am relocating I need my clothes Order number:***
