Delivery 5 days late even though i paid for express delivery

So my delivery is late even though i paid for express store to store delivery. When chatting to the online agents, they keep saying today or tomorrow which is unacceptable. If i wanted to wait for my items, i would not have paid for delivery and choosen the cheaper delivery option.

The last agent i spoke to is Charne and she has a terrible attitube.

I WANT A REFUND OF THE THE DELIVERY FEE I PAID COS YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT.

If i was at least notified on why the parcel was late, before i enquired, it would have been different. But all the website says is that it is late. The agents say today or tomorrow or with courier. ***???????????????????

I placed orders after this one to be delivered to my door, and this has already arrived. BOTH of them.

How can there be a techinical problem with the warehouse if orders placed after this has arrived.

This is PATHETIC AND YOUR AGENTS ARE RUDE.
