Delivery
I had order online for a shoe, I was advised that it take 1-6 days for the order to be shipped to the nearest Mr Price, I have been checking the order on daily.. As per records: 2015/12/10 11:56:49 AM PARCEL HANDED OVER TO COURIER FOR DELIVERY.I called in today and the store does not know where the parcel, I need shoe as earlier as tomorrow, if not, kindly cancel my order has I have just been advised that it takes 5-7days to deliver where as when ordering it says 1-6 days. Today is the 6th day and no shoe. How do I go about cancelling and refunding my money? I needed this shoe by yesterday, it is of no use to me now.
