Delayed Orders with No Accountability

Service from Mr Price online is completely unacceptable. I placed an order with a confirmed delivery date of 28 April. Today is 6 May, and my parcel is still nowhere to be found. I have followed up multiple times and received no meaningful update or communication. This is not the first issue I’ve experienced. On a previous occasion, my order was delivered but never updated in the system at the store. That level of disorganization is unacceptable. If you provide a delivery date, you are expected to meet it. If you cannot, then communicate with your customers. Silence and lack of accountability are not acceptable. This experience reflects very poorly on Mr Price’s service standards.
