Delayed Online Parcel Cancelled
Mr price online delivery has been disgusting! I made 2 orders about a hour apart. I received the 1 yesterday but the other 1 I have been waiting for that reflects as ' Ready to ship' i enquired on the Mrp whatsapp group and they have 'escalated the matter' to my suprise i received a email now saying its been CANCELLED!!! i did not cancel it, i never received a refund either! i want this resolved immediatly

20 Nov 2020, 12:57So after speaking to a lady Zintle she made arrangements for me to collect the items at a store closeby which is okay with me. I get to the store to collect as i was awaiting the 'Refund voucher' i still have not received this. I message the whatsapp business group again to enquire and it was advised this is still processing and i should hold on for a while while its being requested. THE INCONVENIANCE THEY CREATED FOR ME! the reason we order online is to avoid the SHOP itself and now its still Covid19 which makes things worse. i still have not received this voucher! It is beyond frustrating. i cannot blame the consultant because she literally did everything she could seems like shes the only competent agent there! i wont be shopping with you people again! This is bull****

The lady i had to speak to Linley however decides shes going to totally disregard the fact that she has to check my items out and just goes on with her own thing not even acknowledging me or apologizing NOTHING. No ways iv seen it all. Pathetic. Done with yourl
