delayed investigation and ill handling of case

I am very disappointed this is the second time I write my complain on hellopeter .well 2019 while pregnant I was persuaded to open an account only to find out the card was cloned .I received notifications while on my last trimester stating that the card is being used reached for my card it was in my wallet so I thought it was Mr P mistake when I tried using my card the next time was told I ran out .mind you I had only used R1000 something rands ands had pad almost R400 on three installments now the case was handed over .when I contact MrP I'm told to give them 30days to investigate . which I gladly did and yesterday I was told to give them time again .my affidavit and other documents were sent to them in early 2020. these people are making a fool of me thought they were going to compare signatures but no .and I refuse to settle an account I didn't abuse .its their employees that are *******
