Delayed delivery - Order taking over 2/3days to be delivered

<p>I have place an order online at MRP Fashion. I chose the delivery that is quicker 2/3day and it cost R45. Order was placed on the 31 April, due to public holiday delivery time will generally take longer. However, according to the way MRP counts the days, the order should have been delivered to me on Thursday, 04th May. Today is the 8th, my order is taking forever to be delivered, I have made several complaints on this and there is no follow up. As for the track and trace option it is not very helpful. The order was handed over for delivery on the 3rd, it's now the 8th. I no longer have the patience. No notification from MRP on delays.</p>
