delayed delivery is soooo annoying,BAD Service again

i still havent received my online order today still after i payed for a faster delivery, i am fed up with waiting ,u guys might just take the stuff back as u havent delivered as promised, i have been a very good payer and i expect you to meet me half way.if i didnt need these items ASAP i could have waited for the free store delivery but now im going to wait the 7 days anyway although i payed for the faster delivery. and the worse part is that your call center has been telling the stuff will be at the store since monday, today is wednesday and i still havent received anything and since the store closes at 5:30pm i guess i have yet another day to wait.
