DELAYED DELIVERY FOR STORE PICK-UP

I am writing regarding two orders I placed on 24 April and 25 April. According to your system, the orders were dispatched and handed over to the courier on 28 April and 30 April respectively. However, it is now 7 May and I still have not received any further updates regarding the status or location of my orders. The expected delivery date was 6 May, but the goods have still not been delivered. I would appreciate it if you could please provide me with an update on the current status of both orders and when I am going to get them.
