Delayed delivery

I placed an order online on the 27th of June, I received an email on the 28th of June confirming my order and according to the email my order was supposed to be delivered at Mr Price Maponya mall on or before the 4th of July, today is the 14th of July and I'm still waiting for the order to be delivered. I spoke to someone from the Mrp customer service department on the 11th of June who told me that she will send an email to the courier for my order to be prioritized and she assured me that my order would be delivered by the 12th of June but it didn't happen. I was not even informed that delivery would be delayed and I am the one who had to follow up with Mr price 3 times and I was given empty promises.
