Delay with no communication
Mr price online service is appalling. They send a delivery msg stating that the parcel will be delivered today before 17:00. When I inquired they told me the delivery is delayed….. why are they sending out texts?? I waited the whole day and no one bothered to communicate the possibility of a delay. I am annoyed
