Definitely unsatisfactory

Very disappointed in MRP. Settled my account 26 February 2021, money still has not reflected (8 March 2021). Keep trying to check the MR Price Money on the app, doesn't allow me to go into the app, loads forever. Emailed MRP 4 times already, phoned thrice. Was put on hold, made use of their whatsapp service. Sales consultant told me that they are having technical difficulties with their EFT, when asked if they are going to bill me again for the month of March (even after settling the account and wanted to close it) was told that he is not sure but he cannot close the account if I didn't receive an sms from them to confirm that they payment was made. Ridiculous. Just want to be done with MRP already.
