defective samsung phone

i took a phone on credit. samsung A05 end of March last year. the battery on the phone stopped charging in december took the phone back to the store in january first week. today im still waiting for a phone for the second time. paying back my account for phone that im not using. i dont think that is fair. its not first time ive bought a Phone from your store (dobsonville branch) that phone is for my mom she is very ill and i bought for her so that can monitor her.. ahe is without a phone right now. not fair at all
