Deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received at your Magalies Hill store in Brits, North West Province.

On 19 November 2025, I purchased a pair of jeans for R199.99. When I returned to the store on 21 November 2025 to exchange the jeans, I was shocked to find the price had increased by R30 to R229.99 in less than two days. When I raised this concern, I was told I would need to pay the difference or accept a refund. I clearly stated that I wanted the jeans and did not want a refund.

Unfortunately, the staff showed no empathy, remorse, or understanding of my situation. They immediately proceeded with the refund as if trying to get rid of me without attempting to resolve the issue amicably or acknowledge my concerns.

I tried to escalate the matter by calling Mr Price customer service, but I was unable to reach a consultant due to high call volumes. I then contacted the WhatsApp service, which was unhelpful and simply redirected me back to the store manager.

This experience was very frustrating and disappointing, considering my loyalty to the brand.

I await your prompt response and fair resolution.
