Deduction without consent

Dealing with Mr Price for more than 10years. During January I've settled my account with them and bought again some items to the value of R900. This is on a 12 month repayment agreement.

When visiting the store on 2 March 2024 I requested my monthly installment amount, which to my disbelief was R630 . I dispute this due to the 12 month agreement, it is when the shop assistant mention to look deeper into my account for unknown deductions. I then discover deductions of 2 policies without my consent against my account. My concern is for how long did I paid these policies and where is the orginal policy documents in this regard.

I do have proof of this deductions.
