Deceiving account amounts

<p>It is easy to open an account with Mr Price, seeing that they advertise it and making it seem easy and great to have. From the time I opend my account I have had problems with amounts being added to my statements without any knowledge or explanation. For example some or other protection plan. I made it clear in my application that I do not want any protection or insurance or any other plan. It took two months after requesting and enquiring for them to "cancel" it. (Which I had to pay anyway) And now, there is sudddenly a "system interest" amount added. Unhelpful custormer service regarding this. I pay my account every month promptly...all the store cards I have ever owned gave you an interest free option if you paid up in full every month...that's the point! </p>
