Debt money making scheme

Good day I had an account with Mr Price, since 2012 or 13 i'm not sure. Well i did't use it that much and i made payments regularly while working. Then i lost my job, i stopped paying, then my account was handed over to some lawyers i forgot the name of their company. So last year i decided to just pay off the account, so i made arrangements with these ''lawyers'' only to find out i owed them less than R250, because in 2014 i had tried to at least minimise my account with them.

So I made arrangements and they debited their money and i was told that after 15 working days i will receive a letter and i will have to send it to Mr Price and ask them to remove me from their system or they won't remove me. Then after 15 days check my email and there's no letter, okay. I decided to contact Mr Price Head Office along with my details, and asked them to deal with the matter hoping that i will get a response, well till today i haven't heard from them.

I guess they trying to throw me under the bus of debts, and i was a faithful customer. They suck!!
