deactivate account without consent.

yesterday on the 28th June I went to Mr price sport in Mall of the South to make a purchase there using my account that I had till yesterday, I needed a replacement card to make my purchase, so Sihle assisted me to call their account to authorize for replacement card and submit my new ID because my marital status has change ,the lady we got through to was very unpleasant and was in a rush to knockoff since it was 4:50pm I asked if she can stay on the line while I send her my supporting documents she refused and said No she cannot I must call again after sending the documents meanwhile she knew the call centre was closing in minute when Sihle from Mrprice asked her to stay on line we busy sending the documents she hung up on him , and she deactivated my account without my consent, when Bongani the store manager tried to look up my account using my ID to assist to make my Purchase the last at account call centre cancelled my account I had to now use cash that I didnt plan to use. Im very disappoint at Mr Price thank you for cancelling my account I dont even want to activate the account again.
