<p>I was wished to close my account the Mr Price and phoned in to ask for a settlement,I was given the settlement amount in May 2017 and duly paid this amount at Mr Price Parow. I discovered in June that i Overpaid the account by R480 .I corresponded with Mandy Naidoo and the money was paid back into my acount on the 27 July 2017.I later discovered that FNB has now charged me R50 to clear the cheque .I called Mr Price and they explained that this is their policy (cheques).The banks do not charge for transfers. If this is Mr Price policy then surely they should pay to clear the cheque.</p>
