DAY LIGHT *******

I was at the till paying by the cashier (Nasiphi / Najan). I paid with my Mr price money account. I exceeded my limit on the account, so I took out my bank card to pay the balance. I left my cell phone on the counter next to my hand bag. When I put my card back into my purse, I looked for my cell phone and I did not see it. I asked the cashier did she see my cell phone and she said no. I then went to the security guard and asked if she seen my phone and she asked me what phone do you have? I told her that it's a Samsung and she asked what Samsung. She then said that she didn't see the phone. So my aunty called the phone. I heard my phone ringing the by the till. I went back to the till and found some few other employees standing by the cashier who served me. I told the cashier that's my phone ringing and I grabbed my phone and answered it. The cashier said that I can only get the phone if I unlock it. I was in a rush. So I didn't have any time to report it. I took my phone and left.

I am a loyal Mr Price customer and I would have never expected to experience something like this. I am now afraid of shopping there and their response to the incident was pathetic. I would highly appreciate it if you could take this up. It's only for my precautions but I strongly feel that no one should experience this, especially from an employee of such a renowned company.
