<p>Mr Price was running a promo in which if you bought goods to the value of up to R1000 of more, you will be dis****ed for R150. The promo was running from 13 - 19 June 2016. I placed my order of R1039 but their website did not allow me to load the word GIMMEMORE which was supposed to be added when you place an order. After placing the order on the evening of the 19 June 2016 I immediately informed Mr Price of my ordeal. A Samantha Coopsamy responded on 20 June 2016 saying I should have communicated with them before placing the order they would have assisted. She only responded to my correspondence of 19 June on the he 20th of June and had I not place the order at that time, the promo would have ended. They are refusing to refund me my R150 saying the promo ended at 12:00 pm on the 19th of June 2016 but nowhere in their website did it state a cut off time for the promo. The site clearly stated that the promo ends on 19 June 2016 </p>
