Dangerous place to shop - Unhelpful staff

I was shopping at Mr Price in Brakpan, Mall @ Carnival. Samething happend to me. Unhelpful staff, also no camera's. Was also informed that they target the Mr Price Store as there are no camera's. During my shopping experience my phone got ****** out of my Jacket Pocket.I tried to phone it from another phone and it was already switched off. I returned to Mr Price, and nobody really seemed interested when I told them my phone got lost in their shop. I went to Cell C to see if they could help me, and they told me that Mr Price Mall @ Carnival was a "hot spot". Not a nice reputation to have!! later the afternoon I returned to Mr Price after I went home to ask if they could check their camera footage, and finally the manager came out and said that they did not have any cameras. He did not talk to any staff, or even TRY to help or advise me. All other staff just shook their heads and went on with what they were busy with. If you are a "HOT SPOT" there should be a sign on the door, OR a camera to prevent this from happening. Mr price was the only store I shopped at that day.
