Damaged shoes

On Thursday i went t Mr Price in Southgate to return the shoes that I bought for my son which I bought beginning of November the problem was I misplaced the slip and the two ladies (Maria Rutle and Momyadiwa Letdholo )told me that they is nothing they can do nd they confirmed that it was a factory fault md they refused to take back the shoes and again then my confirmed that they have the shoes available in the shop nd since we'll I am the only customer who complained there is nothing they can do so which means my money R219 I paid for the shoes I bought at MR Price went down the drain
