Damaged shoes

I purchased a pair of shoes on the 10/08/2018, at Mr Price in Brickhill Durban only worn once and they are damaged/torn. Went to Mr Price Workshop to return the shoes as the Brickhill store has been closed and no longer exist. The Worshop refused to take the shoes and advised there is nothing they can do. The shoes are less than a month old and only worn once, obviously they were poor quality. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Your Twitter and Email agents are useless especially Courtney, I have been complaining to them from beginning of this week, they never respond. I am so disappointed I never expected this from a big company like yours.
