Damaged items, poor quality.

I wrote a report about Mr Price Eastgate after I bought two items from them. Being a pair of jeans and a belt only to have both items being damaged on the 1st day of wearing them. The zip was faulty and eventually broke and the belt also teared. Mind you I had bought these for a music festival so this happened in a crowded place. The embarrassment and dissapointment was beyond. To this day noone has contacted me with my complaint.
