Damage phone and no customer service

I bought Tecno Spark 5 at Mr Price last Friday I dropped the phone and cracked the layer coving the rear cameras, I took to the store so that they can take it back to supplier to fix and I'll pay for damages however they told I have to call ***, I did call but the agent answered was not helpful told me the manager not there is on lunch to charge the damages and I should wait for their call even now still waiting, what do I do now because I can't take the phone anywhere else for repair
