Customer Service where??

I tried calling the Sandton City branch several times to query the status of a parcel I am waiting for. Eventually someone answered and exclaimed @ ********** She obviously answered the call by accident and used profanity, what she didn't know was that I was on the line waiting. I eventually hung up and tried calling again. This time the line was engaged.

Guys it's festive but it doesn't mean that you should forget about Customer Service.

I should be cancelling the order and requesting a refund due to this incident, but I still want my clothes so.....
