Customer Service = terrible

I ordered some items of which 3 were to big. We then went to exchange it first at Mr Price Vangate where they said they didn't have smaller sizes. Then we went to Mr Price in Zevenwacht Mall and Mrp Sport as well - as the items ordered were from both entities. The same answer from Mrp Sport and they apparently had no stock in other branches. So that would mean I had to order and pay delivery fee again which is unacceptable so I returned the items. At Mr Price in Zevenwacht they said that Vangate had 2 x smaller size of the item after we've been there twice and they told us they had none. I returned the items and ordered again online (really wanted the top) paying the delivery fee AGAIN and now all of a sudden they had the item at Vangate but both times before they didn't.
