Customer service lacking

I have been with Mr price for years and have literally never missed any payments. Today I get an email Rekha saying that my account is one month is in arrears and will be handed over unless payment is made. May I please ask that the manager contact me and explain to how this is customer service on a balance of R700? I have asked for my account to be closed due to this. I have a truworths account and will rather support another brand.
