Customer service is key

Mr Price Southgate gave me the most ****ty service. I went there early around past 10 and asked them to keep aside shoes for me and that guy didn't even bother to write my name or anything. When i went back to pay for my shoes around to 12 the lady that assisted me(she didn't have a name tag) just checked a bit and said she can't find the shoes even after i described the shoes to her and she and went to ask the guys at the back and she came back and said no one knows anything about the shoes. She said i must go and get them on the sales floor, "I" went to fetch the shoes but unfortunately there was no size and i came back with a different size and then she checked again at the tills and found the shoes. She just rang the shoes and gave me my bag she didn't even apologize for the delay or what not or even thank me for my purchase. I don't have their names but i just ask that they treat their customers well. I am not one with throwing tantrums but people shouldn't take advantage of that. Mr Price management please teacg your teams about customer service tu. It's true that where u pay cheap price you also get cheap service
