<p>Yesterday 19/07/2017 I went to Mr Prise sport in Centurion Life style center to go find jackets for our staff at my work place. I needed 12 unites of different sizes I was not looking forward to this as you usually expect no or bad assistance by getting irritated yes or no answers (experiences in most retail stores) but this was NOT the case yesterday.</p> <p> </p> <p>A lovely lady named Precious assisted me in getting all the sizes I needed. I was able to find most sizes on the floor but I still needed two mediums and one Small. She check on the system and it showed that they do have the stock on hand but it was still in boxes that needed to be unpacked.</p> <p> </p> <p>She look my number and promised to let me know when it is unpacked. I told her that I’ll phone the store at 16:00 to follow up as I am use to assistance not getting back to you. At 14:30 I got an SMS from her informing me that they only have the Small but she will ask Forest Hill to keep two mediums aside. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was so impressed wit her willingness to go the extra mile. I will support this branch again, Thank you!</p>
