Customer complaint

I went to Mr. Price Evaton mall to do a refund but all I got was rudeness from the cashier & the store manager(Samkelo).

After standing on a long queue, when I finally reached the till point the cashier told me she's not doing exchanges/refunds then I'll have to go to another queue, that's when I asked to see the manager but he didn't assist any how... so I'm just disappointed 😞
