Customer Care no good

Can't use online anymore. It is a complete mess. It say the postal code is invalid and/or can't complete process because of an ERROR. My postal code for ***amas(Northern Cape) is 8870, and that is the code I'm using, WHAT ELSE CAN I USE ? I demand that you RESET MY ONLINE REGISTRATION/ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY SO THAT I CAN START ALL OVER ! I want confirmation that it was done PROPERLY. This problem is coming a long, long way and it STOP TODAY.
