Customer care consultant not helping

I called Mr price customer care for assistance regarding an exchange was assisted by Nokulunga which was not much help as I wanted to know if I bought shoes from Mr price kids and I want to exchange to my nearest Mr price instead of her making me understand why I can't exchange from Mr price kids to Mr price she gave me attitude and she was impatient she was supposed maybe to tell me that I can only exchange Mr price kids to Mr price kids but she only told me that u can only exchange were I bought the shoes
