Customer and Delivery Service Very Dissapoiting

I placed my order on the 23 March 2018 via store expressed which takes up to 3 working days as per Mr Price Policy, however till to-date i haven't received my order . The disappointing matter is that the call center agent told me my order was out on delivery yesterday between 8am-5pm , also she confirmed to me via mail they will revert back to me as soon as they get confirmation from courier they didn't get back to me , on my mails i was very polite begging them saying please get back to me however they didn't .

The same thing happen with my order number ********** 62878 i got it very late they did give .
