Cursed by a ****** store manager

On Thursday 17/08/2023 around 17h30 myself and my sister was at Mr Price Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein. I was looking at a pants with a pull over jacket that i liked and i wanted to try on the pull over 1 lady working in the store told me i am not allowed to fit the pull over on on the floor i have to go to the fitting room even if it is just a jacket. I apologized and was busy hanging the jacket back on the shelf when a very rude lady approached me in a very unprofessional way saying i am not allowed to try anything on on the floor i told her the other lady told me as she was walking away she cursed me in sesotho thinking i would not understand then i rep**** to her in afrikaans this ended up at us swearing at each other in store while the store was still open i wanted to try clothes on and she said there are 5 minutes left for the store to close i should not be allowed to fit the outfit on i said i am not going anywhere if i did not try the outfit on i ended up leaving the outfit because i was a paying customer and i would not except that kind of treatment from anyone. When i enquired about the manager i was told she is the manager her name is Rhina for a manager to be that rude unacceptable i will never set a foot in that store again. i am not the only one this happened to my niece who is a student at university went to the same store a week ago and the same lady followed her because she was carrying her school back has definitely cause the store to loose 2 regular customers because we will never set foot in that place ever again. I was a regular customer even the tellers knew me and when i asked this woman's name everyone was too scared to give me her name or details. Mr Price you will loose more customers if this woman's behavior does not change. I have noticed that the store is not a busy as it was in the past and people would rather drive to the Waterfront or North Ridge Mall due to the customer services in this place. i am aggrieved by this incident because by the treatment we have received this woman is ****** towards colored people because she does not treat African people in that manner.
