I have logged a claim on the 25th of September,sent all the requested documents waited for the response, after 5 days i decided to the call centre wanting to find out if they've received my documents. The lady rep**** "the documents you've sent are not in a PDF Format" i was shocked because it was, on the 1st i sent scanned documents still no response from them . I have sent another email, tried to make a call but no luck nobody has picked up the phone in claims department, I had waisted my airtime. I am planning to cancel this thing and want all my money back that I've been paying.
