Credit theft?

Good day, I recently opened an account by Mrp. So I did by some stuff as normal, but a few days later as I did had credit left I wanted to buy again. But then the people at the counter said i have no credit. So then as i showed my app to the sales lady she phoned head office and then after all the talking they said that financial offices saw I had credit left and are going to update the system. Good, now after a week or so I paid my installment. But then when I wanted to buy again (after my credit gained again) the lady at the counter said my credit is zero. Who is *****ing from who? And who is Bridging contract?
