Credit limit of R820 what a joke

i can not understand, i have my account since 2008, in 13 years they keep declining my credit limit increase, i would like to know way???? my credit profile is above average and Rcs gave me a credit limit of R35 000, i have a makro credit card , and a makro loan!!!!

Mr Price gave me a limit of R820 and that is that since 2008, what a joke!!!!! Think i will pay my R800 and close it this time and rather use my RCS at other shops, this is a clap in the face!!!!

Even the automatic system is not helpful *120* what ever number, i dont pay rent and dont pay elec, but the expect u to lie and just punch in to give an answer! All my other accounts was opened via a real operator, who i could tell, i dont pay this or that my hubby does, but not this stupid computer thing mr price uses, they want people to lie and make up stories, then people get declined!!! what a joke??
