credit limit increase

I have app**** for credit limit increase to the SP from their online , whatsapp and even submitted payslip and all they wanted and a year later i have never even received a single response , i even ask myself why do they have these self-service portals if they are not beneficial to the customer

if possible can you please advise of any outstanding balances and cancel my account with you guys

what a disgrace of a service provider , since this response no one has even bothered calling me as promised or emailing me
