Credit Limit Increase -

I called mr price to increase my limit - the rude lady asked me all the security questions, only to tell me afterwards that i must to the increase application of my phone myself they are no longer doing it for their customers over the phone, if i dont have airtime - its my problem they don't care, well for some reason the application i did on the phone was rejected - so now what? they cant even help on their side to check what the problem is with my credit profile?
