CREDIT AVAILABLE SHORT SHORT
<p>I paid R500 via EFT on the 23rd of July 2016.i went to Sandton City mr price store to check my credit available only to find out its R252,i enquired about it and they called headoffice spoke to some rude *********** guy and the matter was no resolved i had to leave as i was late,i called in to advise them i want to cancel my account the other guy explained charges to me which amounts to R148.1 i am ware of the charges but i dont understand why my credit available is 252 instead of 352?</p> <p>This is not the first complaint even the last time you failed to explain what happned to my R75,I AM CANCELLING ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT,I WILL R550 until December to settle it,if i had a lumpsum i would settle it now,i dont want anything to do with Mr price anymore.</p>
