credit availability disaster

Mr Price harassed me for the month of June for payment of my account. On the 26th June I paid R1000 on my account and it showed on my receipt that I have R1234.01 credit available. When I want to place an online order for R144 on the 1st August it didn’t want to go through. I made an enquiry at the customer care centre and talked to Carmeny and she told me that I have only R74 credit available but the online order for R144 did go through and she transferred my call to the online department and I got connected to Corney who told me I have to send an email explaining the issue with screenshots of the online order, account number, etc. and somebody will phone me back. I told her that it has to be sorted out the same afternoon as I am afraid that if it take to long the stuff that I want to order may be out of stock and she confirmed that someone will call me back as soon s they got the screenshots. When I did that within 5 minutes at 17:43 my email just bounced back to me. When I called in to find out why their email address doesn’t work I realise that they are closed. So I come to the conclusion that she actually **** to me as she knew they were at the point to close. What I can’t understand is how can my available credit drop from R1234.01 to R74 without me buying anything in between and my payments are up to date.
