Credit account created with my ****** identity - ****

For the past few weeks I've been receiving messages with ***** looking links, claiming to be from Mr. Price, talking about me signing up for credit and insurance accounts (which I never did). I initially dismissed these as attempts from ********, until I received an installment bill of over R700, for a purchase of R8000 on a credit card I never app**** for. I have since received phonecalls from people claiming to be from Mr Price, trying to sell me more products. Both times when I have mentioned that I never signed up for these products / accounts, the line has mysteriously cut out, and I never got called back. I have phoned customer service and NEVER get through, I have tweeted Mr Price, I have emailed them. NO RESPONSE. I would like to know HOW is it possible that someone can create a credit account using my ID, and my number, without my involvement in ANY WAY. I would like a representative of Mr Price to contact me IMMEDIATELY and share all details related to the creation of this account, so that this matter can be dealt with swiftly. If I don't hear back in the next couple of days I will be contacting the police.
