credit account

the balance on my account shows as due by the 31/03/2018. but for some irritating reason I keep getting calls and threatening sms saying please pay before we hand you over.

And worse the number provided to call back in the sms doesnt go through.

reason why we provide emails on our account is so retailer can use that alternative for communication.

This threatening sms business need to stop, it can't happen on a daily basis, Haibo !!!. rather close the account if you feel im an unworthy client .
