CPA at mrprice

<p>I went to Mr price kerk street yesterday I bought two items only to get home and findout that I was overcharged. I wrote emails to their customer care they called me I spoke to two guys being transfered from one to the other. My question was simple I travelled to kerk and I was overcharged I have to spend money again to go back to the store and the difference is R10 does CPA apply in mrp or will I be waisting my money by going back I was told that it's either I take the difference ofR10 back or I refund the item and not take it at all. I'm so dissapointed I spent more that R50 to go there I must spend another to go and get the R10 CPA states that if you have been overcharged on an item you get that item for free. My question is is Mr price excluded from the law? You respond will be helpful if it is I'm closing my account with them. </p>
